Primakara University continues to contribute to strengthening financial literacy among young people through a collaboration with SMAN 2 Abiansemal under the AKURASI (Accounting Literacy and Education Action) Program, held on Friday, July 31, 2026.
The program featured Ketut Tri Budi Artani, S.E., M.Si., Ak., CA., CSRA. and Desak Putu Nitya Dewi, S.E., M.Si. as speakers, supported by the Accounting Student Association of Primakara University (HIMA Akuntansi). The program was attended by approximately 300 tenth-grade students of SMAN 2 Abiansemal, who received financial literacy education designed to help them understand the importance of managing money from an early age.
Through interactive sessions, students were introduced to fundamental financial management concepts, including the importance of saving, budgeting, managing income and expenses, and developing healthy financial habits. The sessions were designed to help students understand the importance of financial planning and make wiser and more responsible financial decisions.
The AKURASI Program provides a learning environment that connects academic knowledge with practical skills that students can apply in their everyday lives. Developing financial literacy from an early age can help young people become more independent, disciplined, and responsible in managing their finances in the future.
The collaboration between Primakara University and SMAN 2 Abiansemal also reflects the importance of strengthening partnerships between higher education institutions and schools to create a more comprehensive educational ecosystem. Beyond academic achievement, students need practical skills that prepare them for real-life challenges and future opportunities.
Through the AKURASI Program, Primakara University reaffirms its commitment to strengthening financial literacy while empowering young people to become financially literate, independent, and responsible individuals.
Primakara University extends its appreciation to SMAN 2 Abiansemal for the collaboration. May this partnership continue to grow through meaningful educational programs that create lasting benefits for students, education, and society.
