The use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) continues to expand rapidly and is increasingly being integrated into various sectors, including education. In response to this development, Primakara University organized a training session on the utilization of AI as a learning tool for students of SMK Dwijendra Denpasar on March 9, 2026, as part of its commitment to enhancing technological literacy among the younger generation. The session was delivered by Ida Bagus Kresna Sudiatmika, S.Kom., M.T., a lecturer at Primakara University, who provided valuable insights into the role of AI in transforming modern learning methods. During the training, students were introduced to the fundamental concepts of AI and how these technologies can be applied to support a more effective, creative, and interactive learning experience. Participants were also exposed to various practical examples of AI applications that can assist in generating ideas, processing and organizing information, and supporting the creation of engaging learning content. These demonstrations helped students understand how AI tools can be integrated into their daily study activities to improve productivity and learning outcomes.
The session was conducted in an interactive manner, encouraging active participation through discussions and hands-on exploration of AI tools. This approach allowed students to not only gain theoretical knowledge but also develop practical skills in utilizing technology responsibly. Primakara University collaborated with IKIP Saraswati Tabanan in the 2026 Microsoft Office Training Program. Led by lecturer A.A. Ita Paramitha, S.Pd., M.Kom., the session equipped students with Microsoft PowerPoint and internet skills to enhance their digital communication and presentation abilities.
I Gede Putu Krisna Juliharta, S.T., M.T., a lecturer at Primakara University and Chairman of RTIK Bali, delivered a digital transformation training for the officials and staff of Tibubeneng Village. The program focused on digital-based organizational performance management to strengthen efficient, transparent, and technology-driven public services.
Made Adi Paramartha Putra, Ph.D., a lecturer at Primakara University, served as a speaker at the SITEFEST 5.0 Teachers Workshop themed "Optimizing Learning with AI." The session introduced educators to practical applications of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to create more effective, creative, and future-ready learning experiences.
