A lecturer from Primakara University, Ibu Made Irma Dwiputranti, S.E., M.T., delivered a session titled “Digital Mindset: Transforming Ways of Thinking to Adapt to Technology” during an Entrepreneurship Training held in Jembrana on April 27, 2026. Her participation in this program reflects the university’s ongoing commitment to supporting the development of human resources, particularly among entrepreneurs, in facing the challenges of rapid digital transformation. The session emphasized the importance of cultivating a digital mindset as a fundamental foundation for business sustainability in today’s technology-driven landscape. Participants were encouraged to shift from conventional ways of thinking toward a more adaptive, open, and innovation-oriented approach. The material covered key topics such as recognizing digital opportunities, responding to market changes, and leveraging technology to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer engagement.The training program was organized by the Department of Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises, and Trade of Jembrana Regency as part of its strategic efforts to strengthen the competitiveness of local MSMEs. A total of 30 participants attended the event, demonstrating high enthusiasm throughout the session. This was evident from their active involvement in discussions, question-and-answer sessions, and their eagerness to share real challenges faced in their respective businesses.
In addition to theoretical insights, the session also provided practical examples of how digital transformation can be implemented in small and medium enterprises. Participants gained a clearer understanding of how to integrate digital tools into their business processes, from marketing and operations to customer relationship management, enabling them to remain relevant in an increasingly competitive market. Through this initiative, Primakara University reaffirms its commitment to empowering entrepreneurs by equipping them with the necessary knowledge and skills to thrive in the digital era. It is expected that participants will be able to apply the concept of a digital mindset in their business practices, ultimately becoming more adaptive, innovative, and capable of turning technological advancements into opportunities for building sustainable and resilient businesses.

On May 19, 2026, I Gede Putu Krisna Juliharta, S.T., M.T., a lecturer at Primakara University and Chairman of the Bali ICT Volunteers, delivered an educational workshop on the importance of information security and personal data protection in the digital era at Tibubeneng Village. The workshop addressed various topics related to citizen data management, the implementation of Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDP Law), and secure strategies for delivering digital-based village services. Participants were encouraged to understand the importance of safeguarding the confidentiality of citizens’ data and the preventive measures needed to reduce the risk of data breaches within village government institutions. Through the collaboration between Primakara University and the Bali ICT Volunteers, this initiative aimed to enhance awareness and strengthen the readiness of village officials in adapting to digital transformation while prioritizing security, accountability, and the protection of community data.
