Workshop on Preparing Research and Community Service (PKM) Proposals for the 2025 National Grant Scheme
Following the official launch of the 2025 Research and Community Service (PKM) Program by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemdiktisaintek) on Friday, March 21, 2025, the Directorate of Research and Community Service (DRPM) of Primakara University organized a workshop on preparing proposals for the 2025 National Research and Community Service (PKM) Grant Scheme. This workshop was attended by lecturers of Primakara University as part of efforts to improve the quality of research and community service proposals submitted under the national grant scheme. The program was designed to provide a deeper understanding of proposal development strategies aligned with national standards and funding policy directions for research and community service activities. The workshop featured two distinguished speakers with expertise in their respective fields:
Prof. Ir. Ni Made Ary Esta Dewi Wirastuti, S.T., M.Sc., Ph.D., IPU as the research speaker
Dr. I Ketut Adi Atmika, S.T., M.T. as the community service speaker
Both speakers delivered materials focusing on strengthening proposal substance, improving research methodologies, and designing impactful and sustainable community service programs. Through this workshop, DRPM Primakara University hopes to enhance the quality of proposals submitted by lecturers so they can be more competitive in national grant schemes and produce innovative, relevant, and impactful research and community service outputs that benefit society. This activity also reflects Primakara University’s commitment to strengthening a strong, competitive, and impact-oriented research and community service culture.
DRPM Primakara University held an IRIS coordination meeting with internal reviewers to support more effective and integrated research and community service management.
Great news once again from Primakara University Nine outstanding lecturers have successfully secured funding for the 2026 Research and Community Service (PKM) Program organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology (Kemendiktisaintek). This achievement stands as clear evidence of Primakara’s commitment to fostering innovation, high-quality research, and meaningful contributions to society. On Monday, April 13, 2026, Primakara University successfully held an International Visiting Lecture featuring Prof. Dr. Arun Kumar Sangiah as an international speaker, who discussed the role of Artificial Intelligence in the development of the Internet of Things (IoT) to support sustainable ecosystems. Through an interactive and inspiring session, participants gained new insights into the implementation of intelligent technologies, global research opportunities, and international collaboration in the fields of AI and IoT. This activity reflects Primakara University’s commitment to fostering innovation, advancing research, and developing impactful technologies for the future.
