Primakara University through the Directorate of Research and Community Service of Primakara University continues to innovate in supporting research and community service management by introducing IRIS (Innovation and Research Information System).
The innovation was introduced through a DRPM System Socialization Program attended by lecturers at Primakara University. During the session, lecturers were introduced to a digital system designed to simplify the collection, management, and documentation processes for research and community service activities in a more effective and integrated manner.
The implementation of IRIS is expected to improve administrative efficiency while supporting more organized, modern, and accessible research and community service data management.
In addition to IRIS, the DRPM website has also been developed as an information center for various research programs, services, and community engagement activities within Primakara University.
Through the utilization of digital technology, DRPM Primakara University remains committed to creating a modern and adaptive research ecosystem while continuously supporting the improvement of academic research quality and community service contributions.
Primakara University lecturer Nengah Widya Utami participated as a plenary speaker at the International Multidisciplinary Research Colloquium 2026 as part of the university’s global academic contribution.
On May 19, 2026, I Gede Putu Krisna Juliharta, S.T., M.T., a lecturer at Primakara University and Chairman of the Bali ICT Volunteers, delivered an educational workshop on the importance of information security and personal data protection in the digital era at Tibubeneng Village. The workshop addressed various topics related to citizen data management, the implementation of Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDP Law), and secure strategies for delivering digital-based village services. Participants were encouraged to understand the importance of safeguarding the confidentiality of citizens’ data and the preventive measures needed to reduce the risk of data breaches within village government institutions. Through the collaboration between Primakara University and the Bali ICT Volunteers, this initiative aimed to enhance awareness and strengthen the readiness of village officials in adapting to digital transformation while prioritizing security, accountability, and the protection of community data.
DRPM Primakara University held a reference and textbook writing training program to enhance lecturers’ academic productivity and publication quality.
